I used to order from them a lot & loved it. I'm sad to say I won't be ordering ever again. The past few times I have been so disappointed. This time I basically got a bowl of rice with barely any veggies, including the extra items I paid for. On top of that, the rice was so dry & hard. ): Very sad about this.

Ordered this while staying at the hospital hoping it'd hit a bit better than the hospital food... it didn't. Dry, flavorless and the protein was rubbery. 90% rice, 10% actual toppings/veg.
Would not recommend.

Create Your Own Bowl was 90% rice and barely had any of the other toppings. I could hardly taste the dressing. Super mid.

Disappointed. Portion size was tiny and mostly rice, barely any dressing. Overpriced. Used to be good, won't be ordering from here any more.
