my favourite pizza. So hard to find a good Gluten-free crust, but this one is fantastic. Doesn't feel or taste like cardboard.

I eat fresh slice other places quite often and this was not the same as the other ones quality wise , the wings I ordered were over cooked or undercooked as they are extremely chewy and are literally inedible , the pizza was okay but I've ordered the same pizza for years from fresh slice and this was just not the same quality and flavour wise. I'm usually a huge fan of you guys, your more expensive then other pizza places but this experience you put out the same quality as little caesars when they sell $5 pizzas. Hope you guys fix this and I can try again later on.

I ordered two pizzas and wings. I'm disappointed in the quality and attention to detail on my order. All three items were wrong. The mushrooms on the pizza were canned sliced mushrooms which tasted terrible on the pizza. The wings are not the same as the one pictured. These ones have a battered skin on them. Wasn't the best experience for my first order.

It's Christmas Day and while I realize most people are having family dinners and such, not all of us have that luxury and end up ordering pizza from fresh slice. I ordered two pizzas, pan pizzas to be exact with various toppings and some bbq wings. What we got is not pan pizzas. Not medium pizzas even. And the wings? BBQ sauce merely squirted on and not covering or anything resembling coating the wings at all. This garbage meal just cost me over fifty bucks and took an hour and a bit to even get to me despite a delivery time of half an hour when I ordered through the app. To say I'm disgusted and disappointed is saying the absolute least right now. The wings won't be eaten. The chicken pizza won't be eaten. And the pepperoni pizza probably won't even be touched either as they're cold and simply look pathetically gross and inedible. Merry Christmas to us I suppose. Thanks fresh slice. Stellar and solid service.

I have ordered from the Fresh Slice on the Skaha Lake side many times before, and the food there is always great and fresh. Unfortunately, the Martin Street store is nowhere near that standard.
