Friendly's should be ashamed for charging $10+ for their Reese's Pieces Sundae, Medium. The container is so small. I can get 2-3x the value from Acushnet Creamery!! Definitely not ordering again from Friendly's period!! 
And the covers were off on both containers, so it was messy packaging. FAIL!

Usually good service I should've known better then to get a Pastrami SuperMelt  from friendlys. For almost 20$ they gave me a bland burger in between 2 pieces of rye bread. No Pastrami whatsoever. The fribbles are pretty good though

the amount of fries they gave today was super disappointing considering they upcharge on the app. the amount I would normally get sitting in the restaurant is 3x what I got today.

Horrible! Lettuce was all brown. You can see the mayonnaise had been sitting out for a while which was dried on the bread that they still used it. French fries were cold and not even much of them at all. For 16.49, do not order this! Sad, sad, no wonder the Friendly's are closing.
