Very disappointed. Crispy Chicken Salad had no eggs, chicken was over cooked and dried out. Definitely not worth almost $18. Reese's® Peanut Butter Cup Sundae was a complete mess and hardly any ice cream. Again, not worth almost $10. Asked for two chocolate milks, they gave me white but I was still charged the extra .59 for each. My boys sundaes hardly had any ice cream. I have ordered from here many times and NEVER had an issue. Paid $61 for dinner and dessert that was not worth it.

Continued to be disappointed. Each time I order, something is not right with my order. Last time the tomato soup I received was about only a quarter of a container full and it was just chunks of tomatoes, no real liquid.
This time, my salad had no egg and hardly any fajita strips. It's disappointing to pay almost $20 for a salad and it doesn't have everything.

The sadwich was fine, I just thought it was weird to have itwrapped in foil, no french fries or anything and the sandwich alone was almst $18, like wtf? We also got 2 "bowls" of Bowl of Soup, Cheddar Broccoli , that had a cups worth in a larger container with a lot of emty room. It was edible and hot, but tasted likean instant powder mix, no live, no TLC, less quality than homemade. I thought restaurant quality is supposed to be better than you can make at home, especially at the prices Friendly's charges. Sadly, we will not order again from this chain.

I ordered the Lobster & Shrimp quesadilla for $22.00 and it was poorly
put together with very little shrimp and lobster. No sour cream or salsa as described. Cheese all stuck together and cold. Cold fries. Very disappointed.
