I am very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered as a gift for March 8. The bouquet arrived in a crumpled state, the flowers looked old, and some had already started to wilt. Moreover, the description stated that the bouquet included peach ranunculus, but it was missing – it seems like the bouquet was just made from whatever was left. This ruined the festive mood and the gift itself. I ask you to look into this issue and offer a solution.
