Ginger has ALWAYS, ALWAYS, met my expectations when ordering take-out. Their Shrimp Tempura Roll is delicious. Arrives warm and crispy EVERY-SINGLE-TIME. The Spicy Kani Salad is also DELICIOUS. I personally love it with a little bit of Eel Sauce. Just YUM!! Hibachi Bowls are also a must try if you haven't! Shrimp with lo-mein, broccoli, sweet corn, cucumber and yum-yum sauce is my go to. Crab Rangoons are HUGE.

11.99 for bowl of noodles and 8 very small, chewy, pieces of Spicy Chicken. It was not as good as this place used to be and the A5. Spicy Chicken was a rip off! All of it lacked in flavor. This place went from a favorite of mine to a place I will never eat again.

Ginger is definitely using cheaper ingredients and less care now. Used to be a favorite, but this last meal was very disappointing... especially the Shrimp Lo Mein. The noodles were mushy, the shrimp we small and slimy, there were almost no vegetables, and it was completely bland. The Athens roll (used to be a favorite) was poorly made, and also lacks the flavor I used to love. Hate to say it, but probably not worth the money anymore.

I ordered salmon and added shrimp to my bowl. there were 10 tiny shrimp which I guess wasn't too horrible for the $5.99 up charge. But there wasn't hardly any salmon. Two thin, over cooked pieces. I also ordered the spring rolls. They taste like they're frozen, premade rolls. Not fresh and unique.
