I placed a order online at 8:30 in the morning called multiple times with no luck to make sure that they received it even though I had a confirmation from online and the charges pending in the bank account. I finally got a hold of them 20 minutes before the order was due to be ready and they said they didn’t have it because their system was down. They made the order, but of course it was late. I paid for extra sauces because the 20 tender family pack only comes with three tiny sauce containers. Disappointed that they were not more accommodating when they were behind on my order and the outrageous overpricing for condiments for tenders.

I love their food, the fried Okra is my favorite and the chicken is always fresh and delicious! Great service every time!
