I placed this order over an hour in advance because I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I called around 10 minutes after it should have been done, they said "no one has come to get it" I told them I'd be there in two minutes. I got there and it took them another 7 ish minutes to bring my food out because they said it wasn't ready yet. I get home and my 10 oz. Sirloin Steak is over cooked.

The fried chicken was great. The Macaroni & Cheese and Mashed Potatoes & Gravy were bland and had an unpleasant metallic after taste. I was looking forward to the yeast rolls, but they forgot to send them with my order. Very disappointing. The Brownies were just thrown in a box and were crumbled into pieces. I was disappointed that they looked nothing like the photo on the order page. The taste of the Brownies was okay.
