I placed this order over an hour in advance because I only have a 30 minute lunch break. I called around 10 minutes after it should have been done, they said "no one has come to get it" I told them I'd be there in two minutes. I got there and it took them another 7 ish minutes to bring my food out because they said it wasn't ready yet. I get home and my 10 oz. Sirloin Steak is over cooked.
