updating my review. last time they ran out of a tea they substituted for a different one, and that was much appreciated. great tea. I just wish Gong Cha would do flavored popping bubbles, but that is a minor thing. Gong Cha is consistently good.

I love this place but where's my boba?? I ordered boba for a reason and the portion of boba was none. the freshness was amazing but would not order from here again.

The bubble tea is great, absolutely no complaints. Just note when ordering that you need to add on the pearls, they don't automatically come with the bubble tea/milk tea drinks. Knocking off a star because it takes forever to arrive. Well over an hour every time I've ordered and I'm less than 10 minutes away.

I ordered a pearl milk tea and added coconut jelly, but they gave me a milk tea with the pearls replaced by the jelly. I need both, not just one. I tried calling the driver and the store, but no one answered.

First time I used door dash for them. They've never let me down so far. The Crème Brûlée brown sugar milk tea was delicious!
