The Açaí bowl and the Green Ginger are by far the best I've ever had. This restaurant puts their heart and soul into the food they prepare. Love love love Good Roots!!!

Extremely poor experience. The first time I ordered, I received a phone call to tell me that they were out of guacamole and I would have to cancel the order in order to avoid being charged. OK no big deal. Then I order a second time immediately after and it takes about an hour and a half for the order, despite the estimated time to be less than 30 minutes. Then the food comes. Not only are they missing items in the order, but the fries are burnt and the salads have very little in them. To top it all off, they gave me guacamole! Never again with this restaurant.

I love their B.A.L.T. wrap! The tempeh is always crispy and the avocado is fresh. Their PB& J smoothie is also really good :-)

The Vegan Patacon Sandwich was absolutely delicious. Perfectly crispy and flavourful. A good portion size as well.

Staff is really nice. The patacon sandwich and original house acai bowl are SO good. Better than playa bowls.
