I purchased a chocolate chip cookie & a oatmeal walnut raisin cookie .. needless to say they both were soft and fresh as always.

I like great American cookies but honestly the past 3 to 4 times they have left out 2 to 3 items that I've ordered. At first, I thought it was a once or twice. OK it's a mistake but now it's become a problem. Please ask your DoorDash drivers to check the order when they pick it.
The cookies are fine like they taste great but it's the service from great American cookies making this mistake more than twice.

I haven't had GMC in sooo long, so delicious & soft!! The sizes never changed, still the best sized cookie.
