Ground Up has the best breakfast sandwiches and breakfast plates. Their lunch offerings are also amazing, but again and again I order their breakfast sandwich to my desired specs (incredible ingredient options btw) along with a latte (they serve a really balanced coffee and pull great espresso drinks) and I am SINCERELY PLEASED EVERY TIME. Ground up is really top tier and a true gift to have in the neighborhood / on East Passyunk.

very good and very tasty. Turkey Bacon Egg and Cheese on a wrap was delicious and well-portioned. Lots of potatoes and they were cooked/seasoned well. pumpkin latte with skim milk was good too!

everything but the coffee was good. The BLT was fresh and a decent portion but maybe not for $9. the Strawberry Jam Beignet was delicious and soft. The coffee was very watery. overall good tho will try again

Awful!! The coffee tasted old and bitter not even hot! And not a spec of steamed milk on it whatsoever!! The food.. stale bread crammed into a small container with a tiny bit of granola, PB, & honey, not at all what the photo depicted!! I'll never order from there again

Sandwhich and coffee were great! Bacon was perfectly cooked! Potatoes on the other hand were so undercooked they were raw in the center. Still a great breakfast though!
