I'm not sure what happened but the quality and quantity has declined. I used to order in person at the truck often. Today I ordered gumbo and it came with a very small side of rice, the gumbo was more bland than I previously recall it being with a lot of chicken and minimum shrimp and sausage.

Always a 10/10 flavor is out of this world! Perfect portion size and always hot and fresh. I've been a supporter since the first food truck! Yes the gumbo is soupy. But if you add the rice as you eat. It all comes together.
Ps, I love that you guys add a few crackers now to go along with with it.

Wow! I love birria/Beria tacos but these definitely are my favorite. perfect spice, good amount of consome and beef! and the Shrimp Chicken and Sausage Gumbo was a hit!! We'll definitely be ordering from here more often.

The Po'boy was delicious, but I found the Gumbo Crab, Shrimp, Chicken, and Sausage Gumbo to be a little runny and a tad salty. Overall, it was enjoyable because the rice balanced out the thin consistency. The portion size can be improved upon but I can see myself ordering the Po'boy again in the future!
