C-1 Classic Lan Zhou Beef Noodle Soup (兰州拉面) and the D-7 Dan Dan Noodles (担担面) were great! The beef is flavorful, marinated well and very tender. The soup base was light and not too strong as to overpower any other flavors. Big fan of the noodles as they were just the right amount of chewy-ness. A-7 Wonton Soup (馄饨湯)'s wontons were big and filled up which is something other restaurants tend to skimp on by putting less filling. Would definitely order again.

• 25-11-07Ihave to say I give Hana noodle 5 stars!!! We got chicken noodle soup- order was huge and delicious. Bao buns- amazing, fried pork dumplings -excellent , fried rice so fresh! The only thing I thought was not great was the pork soup dumplings which was strange bc the pork fried dumpling were delicious. I still gave 5 stars bc everything else was soo good!! Definitely recommend!!!

I am now a Hana noodle groupie. I just received my first order and these bowls are LOADED. Scallion noodle and signature beef noodle dishes - 10/10 on flavor, size, freshness, vegetable crunch, noodle bounce. Their broth is so clean and packed with warm fuzzy feelings. Definitely be sure to warm it up if you need to so you can get the full, main event.

• 26-07-26A-4 Pickled Crushed Cucumber in Garlic Soy Sauce ( 凉拌黄瓜) very good. B-1 Shrimp Dumplings (4 PCs) 虾饺 Delicious!B-7 Roast Pork Bun (3 Pcs) 叉燒包 Light and airy! Be careful with the pork bun because they have a light piece of paper on the bottom of each one that you can eat by mistake. C-2 Braise Beef Noodle Soup (红烧牛肉面) The flavor was good, but the beef was as hard as a rock to chew. I don't know why. I only had one soft piece of meat.
