I actually love this place. I've ordered the piri piri poutine many times but their biggest problem is consistency.
It's very 50/50. Sometimes everything is fresh and delicious. Hot fries, melty chese curds, plenty of gravy and chicken. The other times you get cold, stale fries with very little cheese,gravy and chicken. For the price you're paying, it should be great every time, not 50% of the time. The inconsistency really makes it hard for my to want to order again or recommend to friends and family
