Bún Chả Hà Nội is too salty, both the meats and the sauce, had to add in so much water for it to taste ok. Extra Nem Cua Bể is soaked in oil and has a stinky smell of crabs that are going bad, had to threw away.

Pho ga Pho Ga Tron (dry chicken flat noodles ) does not have any chicken, just the organ meat.
Bun Thang (combo noodles), the garnish and lemon are old and withered.
We did not receive the Nuoc ca rot, they forgot it.
