As soon as I found out Happy Dumplings was on DoorDash I ordered IMMEDATELY. I've had their noodles and dumplings before, but the popcorn chicken is new.
The Taiwan-Style Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 was not only crispy but also tender as well, I scarfed down half before remembering to take a picture. Id say it's worth the price since you get a big container!
The Spicy Burning Dry Noodles 宜宾燃面 and Pan-Fried Pork & Chive Dumplings (10) 开口锅贴（10）are always a good combo for the price. With the amount you get, it's like two meals!

The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup 辣味牛肉拉面 was absolutely worth the 15 bucks. There was plenty of meat, more than enough noodles, and just enough bok choy, and the bowl was huge to even begin with. The soup that it came with was absolutely delicious, with a decent amount of spice. The Taiwan-Style Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 was the one I was most excited for, and it almost lived up to my expectations- there wasn't too much flavor besides the chicken with side containers of pepper powder and spice, like it lacked a sweetness or something. Im not complaining, but I suggest adding a side of ranch with the popcorn chicken if you prefer more flavor. (Also don't mind the half full box of chicken, i had already eaten a good half of it once it arrived lol)

Every time I order from Happy Dumpling I am floored with how delicious and flavorful everything is, especially the pan fried dumplings. I love the chili oil and dumpling sauce they come with but honestly, most of the time I don't even use them because the dumplings don't need it. The fact everything is made fresh to order and with a single order of dumplings being more than enough to satisfy my appetite, I will always order from here any time I have the opportunity.

The Pan-Fried Pork & Chive Dumplings (10) 开口锅贴（10） were absolutely fantastic - perfect crispy.
And the spicy Taiwan-Style Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 was a fun addition to try!

best place for Pan-Fried Pork & Chive Dumplings (10) 开口锅贴（10） the Beef Noodle Soup 牛肉拉面 is also great, obviously have to love the Sprite 雪碧
