I love this place :) I love the chocolate waffle, the plain waffle is a little bit lacking though I would definitely go for a flavor over plain. I always get the D13. Okinawa Roasted Milk Tea with Boba and it's so good

These drinks are the best recharge and refresh I can get when I'm dehydrated and drained. Bright and fresh, so revitalizing on a hot summer day! And my wife loves the milk teas and fruit teas here as well. Everything is always sealed, and consistently high quality!

The boba was perfectly cooked, and didn't go bad after a while of it sitting around, like some boba places do. I will remember this place for next time I'm in ft worth!
