Once again I paid for an extra and they didn't add it. The first time they argued with me and told me I was confused instead of simply fixing my order. I'll keep my business with the San Leandro store as I've never had any issues at there location in several years. Probably explains why the alameda location is often empty.

I wish they had an option to leave notes on your order. I wanted to sub the boba for crystal boba and at this store that's simply not possible on door dash. I didn't know the drink came with boba so I ended up having both of the bobas in my drink. The matcha drink doesn't come with tiramisu foam by the way, yet that's what they say on dd....They also don't have the option of the strawberry jelly on dd, only strawberry pieces. The drinks all tasted good though, but they really need to update this menu!

Way too much boba pearls. 5. Boba Milk Tea with Puff Cream. Like barely any tea at all, Asked for lots of ice, there was no ice. It was room temp. Disappointed.
