The literal BEST burger I've had Door Dash deliver! Fries were fresh and cinnamon bun was yummy gooey. I'll be ordering Hardee's way more!

The food is always really good. However if I'm paying for a side of gravy, I would expect it to be in a container (on the side) and not just thrown on the biscuit sandwich. Every other Hardee's location I've been at have always put the side of gravy in a container (as it should be) and when I called to inquire about this, I was told that they thought it was meant to add the gravy to the sandwich. However it's just much safer to put it on the side, especially when it's a delivery. Now my sandwich is soggy with the gravy and I spent nearly $2 for some to be on my sandwich which is not a very good deal. Please work on this. I think when anyone adds a "side of gravy" they would expect it to be on the side.

Hot Ham 'N' Cheese™Natural-Cut French Fries sandwiches were really good, just little too much bread
fries were a little too overdone, too hard could only eat about 1/4 of them. But I will still order again

Enjoyed my meal but the gravy was too watery. It was my first and last time, Lord willing, getting the country ham, the flavor was goo but i was so thin and flimsy I should've gotten the sausage as I would've had more meat.

I was completely disappointed with my breakfast this morning. The biscuit was rock hard(I usually choose Hardees because the biscuits are so good) and for the 3rd time, I received only 3/4 of coffee. Very disappointed.
