Pick up order, missing a sandwich, extra soda, soda was bitter and watery. $70 for a family, I might as well have went to a sit down restaurant and gotten better food for approximately same cost

the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich® Combo had almost no meat. it had about 2 slices of thin ham and the sausage was just a little disc. it was all bread

Ordered the big hot ham and cheese and I got the smaller sandwich in its place and it was poorly packaged and leaking cheese all over the bag

Burgers were flavorless, and fries couldve been cooked more. No condiments other than napkins were in the bag. Jack in theBox has a better sourdough burger. The ham & Swiss was a little soggy.

This charred mess is what Hardee's sent me. It was so burned that it was actually black on one end. Do not order the BLT Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. I ripped off the burned end of the chicken and it had the texture of old jerky. I tried one bite - it tasted like charred shoe leather. I spit it out and threw the entire thing away. Even the inside of the bun was burned. I'm having a hard time fathoming how this made it out the kitchen. Clearly some remedial quality control training needs to be done. SHAME ON YOU HARDEES!!!!
