I love Hardee's, they always get it right everytime! I'm really picky about my eggs and they are the only ones that I enjoy, light and fluffy eggs. And not to mention the BEST biscuits.

More of an order handling issue.
Too many items crammed into one flimsy paper sack. Ripped when I went to pick it up and almost dropped everything.
Did not give the curly fries ordered. On the receipt. Already got credit for them. Did not give any ketchup packets. Stated 10 on receipt. The food was OK, except did not like the mushroom swiss burger.

I had way too many hash browns. I would like an option to reduce the number of hash browns or to select no hash browns. I have about 30 I cannot finish eating. I hate to waste them.

The worst choice of meal I've ever ordered on doordash. Tier 2 Original Bag was horrible the spicy chicken sandwich was dry and hard as a rock and the burger had no condiments (special sauce).
The Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™ was already melted and is just basically milk with whipped cream on top immediatelythrew it in the trash.
The Super Star® was the only decent thing, but when I asked for special sauce none of my sandwiches even had any on it.
I will not order from here again and recommend anyone else to steer away from this place no matter the discount it gives.
