The sprite had no flavor. Just carbonated water. The food did not look fresh and chicken strips looked overcooked. I usually like Hardee's but disappointed this time.

The menu is hard to understand as it already comes with a coffee but then makes you choose what beverage and then charges extra. The chicken we received was literally dark black in color from over cooking.

The biscuit was a few days old the steak was warmed up not hot and no sugar as was requested

I did not receive the French fries. The Frisco Burger had way too much mayonnaise and was real mushy.
