Last time my drink delivered was downsized from what I paid for, my sandwich bun wasn't the one advertised, missing ingredients as well.
I don't blame anyone but the sole individual who put this order together knowing full well this was wrong. I too work in the business of service & would NEVER shortchange a customer.
