"I usually enjoy Hardee’s, but I was disappointed with my experience today. I ordered an Egg and Cheese Biscuit Combo, but unfortunately, the order was incomplete. Since a combo specifically includes a drink and a side, it was frustrating to pay full price and not receive the complete meal.
With the rising cost of fast food, you’d expect a quick double-check of the bags before they go out the window. The food we did receive was good, but I hope the management can work on order accuracy so guests get exactly what they pay for!"
