Sandwich was poorly made. Skimpy ham and cheese, quantity of regular hot ham n cheese. Sourdough substituted as requested but not grilled or toasted. 2nd time this has occurred. I even called to verify I was ordering BIG Hot Ham 'N' Cheese. No more, I'm done with Hardee's.

If I'm paying this much for a meal, the burger should be how they usually are. The bread is soggy and not even barely toasted and I asked for extra mayo and did not get extra mayo

Paid for extra mushroom sauce - didn't get it. Onion rings were old, cold, and burnt. When you're paying $10 for a burger, you expect better :(
