We ordered a Loaded Omelet Biscuit and received a small egg with some sausage crumbles. For $7, it was highly disappointing. Compare it to the item photo and it's ridiculous. I ordered a biscuit with added egg and cheese and it was bigger.

Never seems fresh, no matter when you order it. The biscuits are almost burnt, and the bacon was borderline raw.

They forgot to include my fries. They need to do a qc check before closing up the bag. The receipt attached to the bag has the fries as the first item but they did not include them. Lost 4.99 on the meal

The food was cold, double cheeseburger bun was not fresh, worst door dash we've had in a while from a restaurant. And we order often.
