The zipper on the bag of the Big Party Popcorn immediately broke but it's still really good and filled to the brim

So my order was $19 for a large bag of popcorn with two of their butter flavor toppings included, and then an additional $14 for a second bag of popcorn equaling $33
I did not receive the second bag of popcorn, but I was charged for it
Every time I tried to call Harkins they pretend like they can't hear me
