I was expecting a cup of cheese with my Pretzels w cheese. They pretzels are good. Somewhat crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. There isn't enough cheese on them for me.

ordered a flying saucer sandwich. this is not a flying saucer it's just a turkey sandwich. you ripped us off. it's not Hartles anymore but you said you wouldn't change the quality and you have. sub is ok just wasn't wrapped up well. not sure if I will be returning if you don't make this right.

the taste of it was gamie and something didn't taste right with the steak didn't even eat full half and threw it in trash. what a waste of money
