The spinach and kale were crispy. The diced chicken was juicy and the lemon vinaigrette mixed well with the avocado. Very delicious!

As the picture shows, the avocado wasn't fresh. Likewise, some of the lettuce was not fresh either. 

This is the Classic Cobb Salad that comes with bleu cheese crumbles by default. I can eat bleu cheese, but in this salad, it is overwhelming in each bite. If I order again, I will choose to leave off the bleu cheese and avocado because overripe or oxidized avocado ruins my appetite.

Have built my own salad several times and very pleased with the order. Salad big. I get 2 meals out of it. I doubled up on the p this time.

the extras i paid for are clearly not in the salad just a small amount the extras missing cheese and where are the eggs hardly anything in it the fries are small  and skinny  which is fine but over fried making them dry when they cooled down.

We usually love Hello Bistro but today the Fresh-Cut Fries tasted like they sat around for hours and were reheated. They were absolutely inedible.
