It was great food, brisket very tender, ribs, turkey not dry very good so was the pull pork. All was well

This BBQ house has very reasonably priced food. I ordered the turkey plate with two sides and was pleased with the moistness of the turkey. However, the potato salad and mac/cheese lacked flavor, such as salt/pepper. They served me 3 leg quarters on the smoked chicken plate which had a light smokey flavor. Their BBQ sauce was not overwhelming, but passable. I would suggest that they not be afraid to use more seasonings in their food.

smoke turkey tasted like dried baked turkey, gave me the end of ribs all dry and hard, waste of money and dinner, very disappointed

I ordered the pork ribs with mac & cheese and baked beans. All the food was cold. The ribs were tough and fatty, the baked beans were not baked beans, they were pinto beans.
