¡La mejor comida auténtica mexicana/salvadoreña en Springs! Tortillas caseras recién hechas con algunos platillos y pupusas excelentes. La horchata también estaba muy buena, definitivamente volveré a ordenar.

This is my favorite restaurant in the springs. The food is fresh, well cooked, authentic and full of flavor. I think the prices are very reasonable, especially for the portion sizes and quality. I've never been disappointed and I eat from here at least once a week. Thank you Hildago's cooks and staff for always making me so happy!

If you're looking for authentic then it's not this place. Sauce for Chilaquiles Rojos / Red Chilaquiles Rojos / Red Chilaquiles tasted like it came from a can. Quesabirrias were bland, as well as the rice and beans. Go to Sophias or Sonoraras if you want decent food.

Im really bummed because my husband's quesabirria was really good. They even added avocado and sour cream without charge, which was awesome. But my $18 carne asada was totally inedible. It was like warmed up old beef jerky. Couldn't get a knife through it, went right to the dog.
