Pizzas can also be vegan/dairy-free with our house-made vegan cashew cheese. Meat pizzas use humanely raised pork or grass-fed beef direct from local farmers.

We mill our own whole-grain flour from grain sourced direct from farmers. All grains and flours are organically grown. We let things ferment for a long time and sneak whole ancient grains in wherever we can. Ask us about the right bread for you!
