The meat is ALWAYS fresh , the roll is always soft and the amount of meat and cheese the put is perfect along with your toppings . I will keep ordering from here time and time again because it never disappoints . BEST HOAGIES IN THE CITY

Hoagie was even more delicious than usual. fresh roll, meat, cheese, veggies, etc... Cheese Steak was spot on. Wings were not the greatest but good as well 🙏. Absolutely Delicious!!!

I have had many different hoagies from here and they are ALWAYS good , they put a great amount of meat inside and everything is always fresh , lunch meat , cheese , lettuce etc even the bread ! I will always order again and again . Best hoagies in the city

The Tuna Hoagie had little to no lettuce, the tuna was not seasoned (no pickles, no celery, no chopped onions) it was just ground tuna with no mayo and no additions. I was hoping to enjoy this tuna, but now I find I have a mostly in edible sandwich. With 90% of the tuna outside of it
Fries were good yet not fried hard so they were squishy

Tastes like a basic Steak-umm you’d make at home for a kid; very little flavor. The meat was dry, the cheese wasn’t melted, and overall it just didn’t hit. I hadn’t been to Hoagie Factory since 1989, and after this visit, I won’t be back anytime soon.
The fries were fresh and not greasy, which I appreciated, but they were overpriced. I also paid for extra meat on my steak, and the portion still felt small.
Overall, it wasn’t worth it, and I won’t be ordering again.
