I love Hooters! I just started to order from there and all I've been ordering is Lemon Pepper Wings and that Potato Salad is the best I've ever tasted lol the only thing I don't like is my drink don't be covered and sealed so I be scared to drink it so I be wasting my drink! I love how my food be sealed so I trust it! 10/10 Hooters is so good!

We ordered 2 Chocolate Mousse Cake each for a little over $7 each. The pic when ordering is a slice of cake but that is not what we got. I cant post a pic here but we got 2 tiny plastic containers almost 3 inches tall and 1.5 wide. Not a slice of cake. Very disappointed that together this cost us a little over $14

Omg I just wrote a review like 30 mins ago on how my drink don't be covered and I ordered Hooters again, and they took action this time lol Noe I don't have to waste my drink! Thanks Hooters for listening!

The 12 Buffalo Shrimp were ok, but they weren't tossed in the sauce like they usually are..the sauce was on the side

I really like Hooters, but unfortunately, I will not be ordering from them anymore. I order the same kids’ meal every other day or at least once a week because I love their lemon pepper chicken and potato salad. However, they have forgotten my drink more than FIVE times.
I have to make sure the Dasher asks them about my drink before leaving because I already know it will probably be missing. Today was the last straw. I actually had to call the Dasher and ask if they gave him my drink, and, of course, they didn’t.
I order the EXACT SAME MEAL every time. Nothing changes. It is a meal that comes with a drink, so I shouldn’t have to repeatedly check behind the restaurant to make sure they included something that is supposed to come with my order.
I’m sorry, but that is ridiculous and shows a lack of attention to detail. I have given Hooters plenty of chances, but I’m officially done. They lost a valuable, repeat customer over something that should have been so simple to get right. 😩
