Hot Dumpling at Epping is hands down my all-time favourite for dumplings. The dumplings are always fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour, with perfectly cooked wrappers every time.

absolutely demolished this! delicious!! one of my biggest peeves with boiled dumplings is that they will stick together if there isn't soup, but what these guys have done is use a container which separates each individual dumpling which keeps them all intact!
