The tea was good. It's my go to order here. I love the strawberry passion. I ordered it every time. I do wish they were a little more generous with the fruit. Oranges and cherries in this case. But on the other hand, they don't charge for it so I do understand why they are conservative with the fruit add-ins. I do wish, however, they would put their quality seal sticker on it so we can guarantee that the product hasn't been opened. HTeaO used to do that but they've stopped now. I don't know why.

There was no safety seal on my drink so I called the store directly. The person I spoke with was rude right off the bat before I even identified I had a problem. She didn't seem to find a problem with the lack of a safety seal. I asked if I could speak to the manager because this woman was hostile. She told me she was the manager. And discussing it further, she still didn't seem to find a problem with the lack of a safety seal. She just blew it off and said the employee who fixed it probably forgot. Finally, I told her I was not comfortable drinking a drink that was delivered to me by a stranger that didn't have a safety seal on it. She said she was going to refund my drink. We'll see. I'm also going to let DoorDash know there was an issue. On top of that, I don't think they delivered the right drink. I ordered strawberry passion, which is a red color. This was a normal brownish tea color. And there was foam in the top of the cup. (I mentioned the foam to the manager; she was silent.)

The White Peppermint Mocha was gone in a minute it was so good, yall have to try it. I got it with half and half!
