Last week we were amazed by their burgers, so today I ordered again. However, I am very disappointed today. I ordered two different types of burgers (Signature Burger and Classic Burger) with caramelized onions. Neither of them had caramelized onions. The burger patty was overcooked and a little rubbery. The large fries were good as expected.
I need to change the rating from 4.8 to 3.8 due to their inconsistency.

The hot dog wasn't cooked. The chicken wasn't seasoned, and the burger was bland and tasted like frozen meat.

Tenders were not good. They tasted like salt,pepper, and turmeric spice? No flavor. Bag or drink was also not tied or stapled so the food could've easily been tampered with. Would not order again
