this is the second time hungry Jack's has sent me the wrong item. I don't understand how you mix up an order with 2 items? to top it off, what was delivered was a sad excuse for a 'large' ice cream. disappointing considering they are normally good.

Had 2 orders in the last 2 weeks both times issues with the sundae's. First one wasn't even added to the order and today's one had chocolate topping when specifically asked for no topping. Staff need to be double checking orders before they are sent out for delivery.

Absolutely foul couldn't eat the fillet was like leather and gravy was disgusting way to much salt and tasted dirt
