Tastes nostalgic, and better because I got it less sweet rather than full sweetness, which can be too candy like even with the rose flavor not inherently being candy. It's the vanilla mixed with condensed milk that can be too much.
Note that this doesn't have any tea, I'm fairly certain. I think it's just a rose flavoring. Not totally sure, though.
It taste like a slightly more mature or calm version of the Pink Nestquik milk lol Mine was 75% sweet and I could've done half sweet.
It would taste good with like a shot of espresso or a strong tea mixed in to balance the sweetness.
It's light, sweet, refreshing, and somewhat floral of course but not like perfume or soap. Like a sweet cereal milk with rose.

The Chicken Katsu Rice Burger was over fried as was the rice. Generally, speaking this store has great food. I selected the side salad as my side and expected a separate salad but instead it was lettuce leaves on the Katsu.
