Definitely not soft serve. It's frozen yogurt. Very misleading. The teddy grahams are like stale as well.

missing chocalate sauce so it was a plain shake. Strawberry was only at about 70%full and at 9 dollars foran extra small isn't right

The ice cream was fine but it did not look anything like the picture. I got the cookies and dream but I didn't get a chocolate chip cookie like the picture showed surrounding the ice cream. I got ice cream with oreo dust on top. Cookies and Dream
