Ive been to the actual Ichiran locations in Japan and im obsessed. This tastes just like it but portion sizes are smaller for about triple the price.

Ichiran in Japan was my absolute fav in Japan so I was excited to learn there's one in NYC. However, this was decent but definitely nothing like the ones in Japan, and especially not for $30 :( I figured but wanted to try to find that taste of Japan again. The broth still had that flavor that I missed but the quality was off. The noodles as well were subpar.

I absolutely ADORE ichrian. It's my favorite restaurant. However, they didn't really give me a lot of noodles or scallions or chashu :( it felt kinda scarce. Besides that, the food was amazing! Definitely suggest going in person to enjoy the wonderful ramen.

All the portions came separately, as it should be, what allowed the noodle of the ramen to stay in the right texture. Everything was fresh like on the restaurant. My husband and I will miss this special meal in Brazil and remember that was the best ramen that we had.

The portion is far too small. Only two, very small, thin strips of pork. Egg was just a plain, soft boiled egg still in its shell, unseasoned. Very expensive for this amount of food.
