I loved the Belgian waffle it was amazing! The chocolate chip pancakes that we got in the "create your own pancake combo" we're also absolutely delicious! My bacon was cooked perfect- crispy but not burnt!  The only reason this did not get 5 stars was because the hash browns were certainly nowhere near crispy.... but our dog enjoyed them!

I would not order from here again. The packaging was terrible with sauces and syrups all over the inside of the bag upon opening. Also the NEW Kraft® Mac & Cheese had NO cheese flavor whatsoever. The Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy was delivered with barely warm gravy sauce and the eggs were doused in so much cheese they stuck to the container. What a rip off.

I love their French toast! Usually very happy with ihop however lately I've been very disappointed in the fruit cups... the last few times the only fruit in said Cups has been banana... which fine I guess if that's all you have that's all you have... but the portion has become smaller and smaller... today was the last time I'll be ordering the fruit cup. Frankly probably the last time I'll be ordering from here at all for a while. Again the cup was only banana but the portion they gave me was less than a 4th of a normal sized banana! It was so thinly sliced and put in a tiny side cup you would something like a dipping sauce in! For over $5... that's just ridiculous!

Ihop in Rochester rocks!! I order here a lot never any issues. And the Big Breakfast Burrito its good. Food is always consistent and made well. It always warm when you get it.
