Loved the Split Decision Breakfast and Crispy Breakfast Potatoes . The eggs were nice and cheesy. The pancakes and french toast were thick and tasty. The bacon needed a few more seconds in the griddle but overall I enjoyed everything.

quality was poor. portion is not worth the price. Buttermilk Crispy Chicken Strips & Fries is 19.99 for 4 strips of chicken and literally 20 fries. Hash Browns was supposed to be crispy, they were barely cooked

I don't like this rating scale. IHOP was ok not bad but I requested crispy hash browns and they were barely browned.  Very disappointing. I'm not sure I would order from them again when there are a number of restaurants that offer the same at less expensive cost.

My very first order from IHOP, the pancakes were  good. Very light and fluffy, good taste and ienjoyed them.  
I was missing half of  the Hickory-Smoked Bacon Strips and while the hashbrowns tasted good, there were just not much of them, just five bites. 
The rest of the order was alright, just not what I was expecting.

Buttermilk Biscuit & Gravy the gravy  had a confusing chemical flavor.  Everyone in the house agreed. The hashbrowns were cooked with really old oil. Everything else tasted fine. IHOP is my first go to for good tasting food.  Today not so much, hopefully next time I order things will be back to delicious.
