Very inconsistent quality and packaging (for delivery). Normally my favorite "treat" breakfast (country fried steak), but my most recent order had only a small condiment cup of gravy (not even enough to cover half the steak) and no butter included with the pancakes. Eggs overcooked, hash browns were fried in old/off grease. Disappointed.

We always enjoy delicious food from iHop! The packaging always keeps the waffles and pancakes fresh and warm. We love iHop and when we're hungry for breakfast we always get iHop. Both of us have enough for three people :):)

Cinnamon Bun Crepes had very little filling and no cinnamon at all. Fresh Berry Crepes had strawberries that weren't even ripe. It seems like they could switch to fruit that's in season. 

The crepes themselves were very good, but the extras described, and paid for, were very disappointing.

It just seems like management was more interested in the bottom line than the customers experience.

The buttermilk pancakes were over cooked and they forgot to include any butter!  The two small syrups were no where enough for a short stack of pancakes.  So I paid for dry, over cooked, butterless pancakes!  I remember back in the day when iHop use to be good.  The premiere place for pancakes!  I guess those days of good quality food and attention to details at iHop are gone forever!
