this location is always a hit or miss...most of the time it's a miss...food will be cold...buttermilk pancakes are dry...they don't give you the adequate amount of syrup to even moisten the pancakes...and I find myself often using store bought syrup...wanted to give them another try but I think Dennys is a better choice with the same size servings, gives you more options if you want to create your own, much cheaper...and will get my business moving fwd...

Not as good as I remember it being as a kid. Kind of bland and tastes a little cheap. But you get what you pay for, and it's not a health restaurant. I would say it's probably better to go in person so you can get it while it's hot. The Crepe Combo is great, but the crepes feel a little lacking. Overall a very filling meal though and got the job done. Comes with plenty of extras (syrup, butter, seasoning) for free, too.

French Toast was mostly plain bread with little to no egg coating.  Just bland bread quickly seared.  Not good at all.  Would not order it again!

Original Buttermilk Pancakes - (Full Stack) were very grainy/ weird texture. I can't remember IHOP pancakes being this bad.
