It's on an almost focaccia bread, not what I was expecting but they kindly accommodated my request for fresh basil, and the ingredients tasted really fresh and good quality. Slight spice to the pep, it was very good!

I’ve been a fan of Impasto since they opened, and today just reminded me why. The person who I believe is the owner went above and beyond in preparing my pizza ingredients separately so I could finish it at home tomorrow.
Their pizza is always incredible, their sandwiches are delectable — they have the best loaf of bread in Brooklyn, and believe me, I’ve tried most of them. Impasto is a true neighborhood gem, and I’ll keep coming back!

I ordered an Individual Salsiccia e Funghi and it's easily the best pizza I've ever had. It's fresh, tasty, and filling.

The Individual Zucchine e Bufala was fantastic. The zucchini was sliced very thin and the fresh basil was a good addition. There was an equal distribution of the zucchini, burrata, the pesto-like sauce and basil. I really love zucchini on pizza so I was happy to see this on the menu.

The pizza is a bit dry and lacks sauce. Tastes more like a crispy focaccia. Cheese is okay. The pepperoni is sliced too thin so is a bit burnt. I feel like they could revisit this pizza and make it a bit better.
