The 1/2lb Fried Ribs (est 3-4 ribs) andCajun Fries were both very good. Fries were tasty and the four ribs were meaty and tender. Barbeque sauce is good as as sauce but not so much as a dip because it does not cling well. Only real complaint I have concerns the sealed plastic outer bag — causes crisply fried food to get a little soft from condensation. Get your fried food out of the bag as soon as it arrives.

Definitely a letdown. It didn't take long for my food to be delivered but when I got it, everything was cold and soggy. The Regular Boudin Ball had no seasoning, the rice was overcooked and the batter was soggy, same as the 1/2lb Chicken Strips (est 4-6 strips). Not worth the money I paid for them and in my opinion, this is just incredibly overrated gas station food.

not the best, definitely not worth the $80 I dpent ok them! chicken 1lb Chicken Cracklin were oddly sweet. too sweet. and they were a weird texture. the 1lb Pork Cracklin were stale which seems odd for a 9 AM order. they just weren't as good as anywhere else I've ever been.

Regular Boudin Ball and Regular Boudin Link (est 1/2lb) are delish!! As are the Cajun Fries, Beignet Fries (I could eat these ALL by myself and not share w/ anybody lol). Hubby got BBQ Pork Steak Plate Lunch-Available Everyday w/ green beans and devoured it.
Only complaints:
•The brown paper bags food is packed in, tend to hold the steam in creating some sogginess if fried crispy foods are left in bags too long.
•For people w/ kids that are sensitive to "spicy"/peppery foods, this place probably won't have anything they will eat - maybe a plain brisket burger.

The food is always amazing here! 1/2lb fried fish and a couple of single sides makes a fantastic lunch!
