Food was delicious and they were courteous enough to call me to let me know the time to make a dish was running slightly over. The Jalea Mixta was well fried and the Tallarin Verde con Carne and Tallarin Saltado de Carne were both great! I've ordered a couple times through DoorDash already and you can tell their food and service is quality. Can't wait to visit the restaurant in person!

I ordered the Lomo Saltado and was very disappointed in how small the portion was being that it was $31.25. It barely filled half the little plastic meal prep container that it came in.

We order from Inka's pretty regularly and are usually very happy with the quality of the food. Tonight, the Choritos a la chalaca did not taste fresh. The mussels are usually laid on a bed of fresh greens exploding with flavors. Today, the mussels looked and tasted a day old.

Pescado a Lo Macho the rice was not cooked through and honest the fish sauce was horrible. The fish tasted stale and was as tough as chicken. Frijoles i have ordered and had this in the restaurant and they did not taste bland and watered down.
I was so disappointed coming from a restaurant I have frequent.
